EP.VMS provide business owner to start the visitor management process from the moment a visit is being planned either by the host or the visitor themselves. Host that are expecting a visit are allow to access the scheduling portal prior the visitor arrival to simplifying the registration process in the checkin counter to prevent long wait time that degrade the visiting experience also at the same time lighten the reception staff workload dramatically.



Computerized Visitor Management System which is specially designed to keep track of visitor coming and going out of the premises. With this system you will be able to expedite the visitor registration process, determine who is still inside of your facility and notify the system users once the banned visitor intends to sign in or sign out.

This system is utilized Client-Server mode, it supports up to 4 guard operating terminals.Bahasa Malaysia and English versions are available in the Guard Operation Module. It helps to improve the user acceptance rate and training period.


SE-Visitor Management System is integrated with SE-ACS (access control) software to offer complete building entrance security solution. Visitors check-in using SE-VMS will be assigned proximity card to access the entrance gate at building lobby. SE-ACS control and monitor this proximity card. By effectively filtering out all “BAD PEOPLE” and only allowing “GOOD PEOPLE” to go in, you already eliminated 90% of the potential security threat in the building. Visitor drops their cards into Dropbox for automated check-out in SE-VMS. SE-VMS offer minimum keyboard typing to allow the fastest speed to check-in visitors.

SE-VMS enterprise version allows multiple visitor reception counters. Each counter shall have its own MyKad reader to check-IN and check-OUT visitors at the same time. This allows SE-VMS to cater for high traffic visitor flow in high-density building. All visitor counters are connected to the central database.
